When purchasing multiple items, they may take up to 24-72 hours to ship. As of a result of having to transport them from our other locations.
If your order status is "Processing", we have received your order and we are locating/making your product. Depending upon order volume, this may take up to 24-72 hours.
We currently use USPS as our ground shipping carrier, however in some cases (depending upon weight/destination) USPS may be used for final delivery. If Canada Post/USPS/UPS are not an option for you, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to place the order for you in order to have the delivery sent exclusively.
For standard shipping, most orders arrive within 7-10 business days for in-stock items; please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes. When your order leaves our showroom you will be sent an email providing you with the tracking information you will need to track your order.
Please note that all product that states Made-To-Order takes about 14 (fourteen) business days. Items noted as "PREO-RDER or PRE-SALE" will ship upon arrival from the manufacturer. Any orders with a PRE-SALE item will be shipped between the estimate time stated in the product description. IF for whatever reason there is no date please allow up to 14 business days. If there is a delay in ability to ship the order you will be contacted via email.
We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service (due to customs).

- Shipments will be processed within 24hrs that the order has been placed. If it is received by noon EST (provided payment can be authorized).
- Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, after noon (EST) on Friday, or on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except holidays).
